General booking conditions


1 / Booking with a credit card:

Your account will not be debited. It is just a booking guarantee. We will only charge the room to your account in the unique case of a "No Show" (see below).

2 / Booking with a cheque:
This procedure is only valid with a French cheque. The deposit amount is calculated as follows:

a - Sum equivalent to the 1st night for one to three nights,
b - Sum equivalent to 2 nights for between 4 and 7 nights,
c - Sum equivalent to 3 nights for over a week's stay,
d - If several rooms are required for the same dates, the sum will be multiplied by the number of rooms required.


Guarantee procedure:

1 / Send your deposit cheque to the address indicated at the bottom of the page.

2 / Please send a letter with the cheque (or by e-mail if your prefer, or fax on: +(33)1 43 45 98 88) stating: your surname (and the surname(s) of the other guest(s) if different), your address and telephonenumber, the dates of your stay, the number of rooms required and the total amount of the cheque(s) you are sending. If you cancel within the specified timeframe, your cheque will be returned on request.

3 / If you send a deposit cheque and you do not cancel, the No Show rules apply.

4 / Cancellation deadline:

> 24 hours before the arrival date for stays between 1 and 3 nights.
> 48 hours before the arrival date for stays between 4 and 7 nights.
> 72 hours before the arrival date for stays longer than a week.
Booking confirmation by cheque is not allowed less than four days before the arrival date.

3 / No show rules:
All bookings not cancelled at least 24 hours before the arrival date will be charged.
